Scuba refresher course in Águilas
If it's been a while since you last geared up, our refresher course helps you review theory and technique at your own pace, alongside an instructor, before diving normally again.
It's common to lose some ease if you haven't dived in months (or years): handling your gear, buoyancy or basic safety procedures fade with time. The refresher is designed exactly for that, with no rush at all.
We go over the essential theory with you and do a guided dive focused on rebuilding confidence and technique: buoyancy control, air management, signals and buddy procedures.
It's the recommended option before signing up for a new course or a trip if you feel it's been a while since you last dived, and also before a discovery dive if you're already certified but it's been a long time since your last dive.

Frequently asked questions
How long since my last dive means I need a refresher?
There's no fixed rule, but if it's been more than 6-12 months since your last dive, it's a good idea to do one before a new dive or course.
Is it mandatory?
It's not mandatory, but we recommend it if you feel unsure with your gear or haven't dived in a long time.
