Galápagos diving trip
A week aboard a diving cruise sailing between the Galápagos Islands, one of the destinations with the most pelagic life on the planet: schools of hammerhead sharks, playful sea lions and marine iguanas, the only reptile in the world able to dive down to feed underwater.
For many advanced divers, Galápagos is the pinnacle of big-animal diving: hammerhead sharks crossing in formation, sea lions that come up to play with divers, and marine iguanas feeding on algae underwater. Where cold and warm currents meet around the archipelago, they concentrate a level of biodiversity that's hard to match anywhere else on the planet.
The trip is organised aboard a diving cruise for 7 nights, sailing between several islands of the archipelago to reach the best dive sites without relying on daily boat trips from shore. The programme includes daily guided dives, full board on board, and all transfers needed throughout the stay.
Because of the currents, typical depths and conditions at the archipelago's most iconic dive sites, this trip requires Advanced Open Water level or equivalent experience. As with all our trips, we travel together with Buceo Estela instructors at all times, so you get the same close attention and focus on safety as in Águilas — now in front of some of the most spectacular animals in the ocean.
